Students are challenged and expected to work collaboratively to inspire and motivate others in promoting a school culture of pride and belonging.

​Shared Responsibilities


Signed Agreement that articulates responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate 4Rs School Values everyday (VG or E for effort and behaviour, approved attendance above 95%)
  2. Committed to creating a sense of community and pride in school and house
  3. Act as role models for all students – including uniform, enthusiasm, responsibility, upstanders and dedication to upholding school values.
  4. Actively promote and participate in designated school events.
  5. Meet regularly with staff mentors.
  6. Attend designated student leadership meetings including established protocols
  7. Nurture guidance and leadership skills within fellow leaders.
  8. Assist in preparing and setting up for school functions and events as required.
  9. Termly Review – tracking of progress toward key goals, leadership reflection, attendance monitoring, behaviour/modelling of expectations and action planning.

    Learning Program Developed over the year and in RISE sessions:

    ​The Learning program is underpinned by four key skills: active listening, powerful questioning, emotional intelligence, agile learning.

 Mentor Program 

Student Leaders have the opportunity to develop:

- their leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;

- meaningful opportunities to contribute to their community; and

- upcoming students in leadership positions.
