Shared Responsibilities
Signed Agreement that articulates responsibilities:
- Demonstrate 4Rs School Values everyday (VG or E for effort and behaviour, approved attendance above 95%)
- Committed to creating a sense of community and pride in school and house
- Act as role models for all students – including uniform, enthusiasm, responsibility, upstanders and dedication to upholding school values.
- Actively promote and participate in designated school events.
- Meet regularly with staff mentors.
- Attend designated student leadership meetings including established protocols
- Nurture guidance and leadership skills within fellow leaders.
- Assist in preparing and setting up for school functions and events as required.
- Termly Review – tracking of progress toward key goals, leadership reflection, attendance monitoring, behaviour/modelling of expectations and action planning.

Mentor Program
Student Leaders have the opportunity to develop:
- their leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
- meaningful opportunities to contribute to their community; and
- upcoming students in leadership positions.
