Enrolling at Shailer State High School involves completing and submitting all enrolment forms below, and attending an interview between parent/carer, prospective student and a member of the school administration.
Please ensure that you have completed each of the forms listed below. It is important that you discuss each with your student before signing and submitting them. All applications must be submitted to the Administration Office in hard copy. Please read the Enrolment Letter for all details regarding the requirements for submitting your student's Application for Enrolment.
